Here's a lefty 1981 Rick Turner Model 1 bass. Minty clean, all original example! No breaks, cracks, repairs. This is the bass version of Lindsey Buckingham's iconic Turner Model 1 guitar. There were 24 made in the series....and only 2 lefties! Needless to say, this is rare one! Incredibly versatile in tone, you can dial in just about any style you desire. It has two piece Honduras Mahogany body, five piece Maple neck, Indian Rosewood fingerboard, Schaller tuners, zero fret nut, with a single hum-cancelling pickup in the center. The pickup was designed by Bartolini, and is mounted on a rotating turntable to allow different angling under the strings. The electronics are active, and consist of a preamp and parametric equalizer. The controls are: volume, frequency sweep, boost or cut of 15db at selected frequency, and a passive treble cut control, gain and EQ band width controls. Playability exceptional, with low action and clean frets. You'll never find another one like this!!! OHSC included...
