Rickenbacker 2015 1993 Plus

This is "1993 Plus” in Fireglo finish.

This model was released at the NAMM 2015 at the request of Pete Townshend of "The Who" and is a 3-pickup version of the Rose Morris "1993" 360/12 model.

This "1993" is the "360/12" model ordered by Rose Morris, Rickenbacker's distributor in the UK in the 1960s.

The new "1993 Plus" model is based on the "1993" model Pete used in the mid-60s, but with three mics instead of the original two, and was added as a catalogue model in 2015.

The pickups are equipped with Toaster pickups, with toggle switches for the neck & center/neck & center & bridge/bridge, controls for neck & center volume and tone, bridge volume and tone, neck + center mix, and stereo outputs.

There is a tiny dent on the top side edge (by the tailpiece) and a few scratches, but it is in excellent condition with almost no signs of wear.

There is no fret wear, and the neck and truss rod are in good condition.
