2009 Rickenbacker 4003 Mapleglo

Summary: The Classic Rickenbacker bass - famous for its ringing sustain, treble punch and solid underlying bass. A subtle strip of binding graces the elegantly curved body and the rosewood fingerboard. Deluxe triangular inlays and stereo capability are standard features. This particular bass was made in 2009 & it sounds and plays great – it also ships with the original hard-shell case.

Body: Solid-body maple Rickenbacker with a MapleGlo finish and a fully bound top.

Neck: Maple neck with a fully bound rosewood fingerboard, Deluxe triangular inlays, 20 frets, 33.25” scale length, nut width is 1 11/16”

Pickups/Hardware: Chrome hardware, 2 single coil pickups, mono & stereo output, Rickenbacker Schaller Deluxe open-back tuning keys, pickup cover, standard 4 knob setup & a 3-way switch.

Cosmetics: This bass is in beautiful shape – there is one tiny ding on the top and some small cracks in the binding at the ends of the frets but overall this Rick is in wonderful used shape.

Playability: This bass feels & plays great – the action is comfortable and easily adjustable to suit your needs, the neck is straight and the frets have no wear on them. We put a new set of light gauge strings on it and it is ready to be played & loved….
