Offered for sale, 2004 Rivera Pubster 25 guitar amp head serial number 4F00840PUB2T. This amp head is in excellent condition, fully functional without any issues. Cosmetically very clean showing minor wear. The Accutronics reverb tank has been replaced by a new one from Rivera.

The Pubster 25 is a 25 watt, all tube single channel amp that utilizes 2-12AX7’s in the pre-amp and 2-6V6’s in the power section. Configured as a single channel amp with a foot switchable boost that has its own master control. The separate master control for the boost acts like a second channel allowing you to dial in the perfect amount of gain. Ruggedly constructed using an oversized transformer, a welded steel chassis, a genuine foot switchable Accutronics 3-spring reverb, 3-band EQ, an effects loop and a line output. The “Split Grill Venus style” cabinet is quite good looking, overall a well put together head.

Different from many other Rivera designs, the Pubster was voiced to be clean without the boost channel. Think of the Paul Rivera designed Super Champ era but on steriods. Kick on the boost channel and get all the classic to hard rock tones you would expect from a sweet 25 watt overdriven tube amp. Rivera built the Pubster 25 guitar amp head to sound immense at lower volumes in your home or studio and to have the juice to gig out with.

This Pubster 25 is a sweet amp head, if you see the merits of working with a 25 watt amp, being able to rehearse at home, record at moderate volumes, sounding "big" while functioning at resonable decibel levels, this is one for you! Price is great too!
