Description

This listing is for a Roland G-505 Guitar Synthesizer Controller AND GR-300 Analog Guitar Synthesizer. The guitar has upgraded pickups by Seymour Duncan, a Quarter Pounder, Little '59 and a Double Blade humbucking bridge pickup as well as a Roland GK-2A pickup. The guitar weighs 8 pounds and 14 ounces and comes with the original hard shell case. It plays and sounds great in all its many functions and is a real gas to play. The Roland GR-300 Analog Guitar Synthesizer also works fine and comes with 2 connecting cables. The excellent Wayne Scott Joness website is a great resource for all things pertaining to Vintage Roland Guitar Synthesizer technology, (be sure to check them out). This is what they had to say about the GR-300. "At the end of the 1970s, Roland Corporation introduced the world to the GR-300 analog guitar synthesizer. While there have been numerous advancements in music technology since then, the GR-300 remains the pinnacle of analog guitar synthesis. Although the sound palette of the GR-300 is very limited, the GR-300 has the fastest, most accurate tracking ever developed."
