RS Guitarworks 2024 Slab Black Guard Road Warrior
This "Slab Black Guard Road Warrior" model is based on an early 1950s Telecaster with modern specs.
RS Guitar Works was founded in the mid-1990s as a vintage guitar repair and restoration workshop. Based on this experience, the company now produces instruments with a unique design and elaborate aging process that improves playability while maintaining the vintage style.
Weighing only 3.09 kg, the "Road Warrior" is a very lightweight guitar with large paint chips, dents, and weather checks on the body and fingerboard that reproduce the look of a guitar that has been heavily played over the years, or "Heavy Relic" as Fender calls it.
The body is made of pine wood, and the neck shape is a slightly thicker "63 C", with a 10 "R fingerboard and 6105 frets, all designed for better playability.
The pickups are RS original NashVegas Set, and other electrical parts are RS Vintage Cap and RS SUPER-POT which are specially made by CTS.
The neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
