RS Guitarworks 2023 SVee Played But Loved
The "SVee" model is a unique RS Guitarworks design that combines a Flying V with a Stratocaster.
The "Played but Loved" aged finish body gives a vintage look with weather checks, dents, and tarnished metal parts.
The basic specs other than the body are in the Stratocaster style: Alder body, "Mid 60s Burst" color, 1-ply white pickguard, 1-piece maple neck, bolt-on, tremolo, and so on.
The unique body shape cut for the high position and contours on the body back are ideas for playability not usually found in V models.
The neck is a "Slim C" shape, and the pickups are custom-ordered Lindy Fralin.
A small cylinder has been added inside the control cavity to hold the pickguard screws (next to the Tone knob).
The frets are slightly worn, mainly in the low position of the plain strings, but overall there is about 90% remaining, and the neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
