Construction
The Schecter PT Apocalypse is constructed from a light Swamp Ashbody, serving as an excellent tonal foundation for the humbuckerpairing. Balanced and resonant, this popular tonewood is also knownfor its strong mid-range clarity; allowing riffs and solos toreally pop in a live or studio mix.
The PT Apocalypse's body is paired with a Maple/Padauk neck,guaranteeing a snappy response and giving notes excellent attackand clarity. Reinforced with carbon fibre rods, these stabilise theneck to provide extra rigidity and strength, meaning that any riskof warping is greatly reduced while tuning stability is alsoimproved.
