~1965 Silvertone 1482 Grey with Tremelo 1*12"

Nice example, all original caps, transformers, & 12” speaker. Nice full tube driven sound, coupled with a great tremelo circuit, makes this version a popular Silvertone. Two 6V6’s (Tung-sol & Slyvania) & two 12aX7’s is always a good combo, along with a 6x4 and a 6au6

Still retains its old tubes, which have not been robbed and replaced with cheap replacements. A few wear marks to the paper covering that these had, but that is pretty tough to avoid on these. The lifted edges can be glued down to clean up the appearance.

These are nice amps with a good “tremelo” sound, which on this one is strong and solid.

Footswitch is not included, but any aftermarket one will work. Fully tested, and the footswitch function works as it should. Missing one tube cover & a 5th back cover screw. Amp is 20 * 18* 7”, and I think is larger than some of the other Silvertones of this style. I can probably find a tube cover.

Cabinet and speaker both bear match 4104 rubber stamp codes, the baffle board and cabinet both bear a matching # “2” code.

It will take me several days to pack and ship this amp after a purchase is complete. Due to the nature of old amps, this is sold as is - no returns. Amp will be well packed. Weighs 20lbs unpacked.
