1979 Tokai LS100 that is surprisingly badged a Love Rock, from the golden age of Japanese guitar manufacture. Well played and gigged by an old Japanese jazz guy with tons of mojo, wear and patina and lacquer checking not typically seen on Japanese guitars. Beautiful solid maple plain top with a slight hint of flame in old sunburst finish, one-piece mahogany back, one-piece mahogany long tenon neck, rosewood fingerboard, fret-edge binding, nitrocellulose lacquer finish, Dimarzio PAF in neck and unidentified MIJ bridge pickup, Tokai electronics, considerable of fret wear, neck is straight but has been sanded at some point and is nicely worn, action is low. Medium C average 59 neck profile. Plays beautifully and sounds great. No case included.
