1963 Vox VINTAGE AC30 AMPLIFIER COPPER PANEL AMP w/ SMOOTH TOLEX Excellent

SOLD! Wow! What a pristine piece of history! This '63 Vox AC30 copper panel beauty is in remarkable condition for its age and sounds every bit as sweet as it looks... completely original Celestion alnico blues (see 1777 cone codes) ooze with that creamy tone these amps are loved for. I'd say it's original down to the last screw but a recent service was needed to ensure great performance for another generation... couple of new filter caps... EVERYTHING else is original.... check out all the WIMA tropyfoils! Smooth tolex amps were made in small numbers and it's still practically flawless... few minor nicks here and there. Albion transformers are original and even the original vents are still intact... A GREAT investment grade, "as good as it gets", piece of British invasion history!
