そんなBBシリーズのフラッグシップモデルであるBBP34。
アルダー/メイプル/アルダーの3プライのボディ構造を採用し、中音域を豊かにすると同時に、ネックに使用されているメイプル材の振動をロスなくボディに伝える役割を担っています。また、6点止めのボルトオン構造では下2本のネジは斜め45度の角度をつけてネックにジョイントされており、よりネックとボディの一体化した「鳴り」を追求。
表通し/裏通しどちらにも対応可能なブリッジを搭載。裏通しの際は斜め45度から弦を通す特殊な構造となっており、これによりサドル部分での弦の角度がなめらかになり、ストレスなく弦の振動をボディに伝えます。
このように徹底的に「鳴り」を求めて設計されたのがBBP34です。
パッシブPJタイプですが、Fender系の中音域にパンチのあるPBやPJとは違い、まとまりのある太いサウンドが特徴的な本機。
音が細くなってしまいがちな1,2弦もしっかりと芯のある音を出力してくれます。
太いながらも輪郭のはっきりとしたシャープでクリアなサウンドなので、あらゆる奏法、あらゆる音作りに対応してくれる万能型PJです！
