Awesome synth from Yamaha! Includes the original hard shell case. Everything works great, and the unit is in nice shape for its age. Shows some cosmetic wear as pictured, but everything functions great. This is the 100V version that was originally sold in Japan. While these run without issue on US power, you can use a converter if desired. 

Includes synth with hardwired power cable, case, and pictured cartridge. No additional accessories included.
