SG510 with open humbuckers!
In 1983, the lineup of cost-performance models was renewed, and the SG800S was discontinued, to be replaced by the SG510.
The major difference from the previous model was that the pickup selector toggle switch was moved to the volume control instead of the 6-string side cutaway.
This reduces the risk of switching pickups when cutting near the front pickup.
The SG510 was the last SG cost-performance model.
