English Luthier Tony Zemaitis built some of the most iconic and original guitars used by rock n' rolls biggest names. His acoustics can be seen and heard with players like Eric Clapton, Ronnie Wood, George Harrison, and countless others. When he passed away in the early 2000's, Greco guitars acquired a license to build guitars using his designs along with those of Danny O'brien, who's intricately engraved metal appointments became a trademark of Tony's instruments. This GZA-2800 model was only available in Japan making examples difficult to find in the states. It features a solid spruce top with abalone binding, and the famous Zemaitis heart-shaped sound hole bound in pearl. The unique smiley face bridge and hearts/diamonds inlays on the top of the guitar are another nod to Tony's original designs, while the headstock logo and truss rod cover are engraved with designs by Danny O'brien. A fantastic sounding guitar with a look guaranteed to leave an impression on stage, this guitar is built to the highest standards of Japanese craftsmanship.
