1957 Fender Telecaster Blonde

Sure, black guard Teles get all the glory but they've gotten a little too pricey lately for most players. Let the Wall Street guys have them. Look to the early white guards because they are great, great guitars. There is nothing like the 56/57 V neck profile and 57's don't sound all that different from a 53. This one has a body only refinish (neck is oversprayed) which keeps it from decimating your bank account. The rest of the guitar appears to be original. Nice tweed case from the era-might be original-impossible to know but it is correct. I would rewire it so the neck pickup isn't a victim of the mud cap but that's just me.
