From the quickly-becoming-legendary Pre-War Guitar company comes this Gibson J-45 look-alike, although inside the box it harkens more towards their Martin style bracing. This is interesting because it has its own sound, which points toward a personal theory that the slope-shoulder body shape just might have an positive affect on tone compared to the more square Martin D shape.

It's out of Honduran mahogany and torrified Adirondack spruce, has the Gibson short scale, uses hot hide glue throughout, with the dovetail neck joint, 2-way adjustable truss rod and torrified brace wood. It's quite light construction, which brings out the full tone of all its parts and a very gratifying liveliness and pushing-air quality of its punch and power. And lightly built guitars like this one are eager to break in; the heavier the box, the more you have to pound on it to wake it up. This sweet guitar, if you play it a bunch, will give out more and fuller, richer sound with every string change.

Our "Cash price" policy: unfortunately, the credit card companies support "swiped" charges in which the card is physically run through the card reader. Phone-in charges are charged at a much higher rate (to the seller) which can take quite a big chunk out of a high-dollar sale. Thus, for those call-in sales, let's discuss the issue at the time; hopefully, we can figure some way to deal with it.
